As for the <orgName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#Pike">Pikes</orgName> it is worrisome to think of – but they must go – as <persName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#PikeBel" >Bel</persName> will be at <placeName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#Llanfairfechan" >Llanfairfechan</placeName> quite alone – & <persName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#MrsWhite">Mrs. White</persName> leaves the end of the month & <persName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#PikeConnie">Connie</persName> & she have to arrange no end of things – we had a heavenly day yesterday & today a steady down-pour – decisively they all started for <placeName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#SlieveLeague">Slieve League</placeName>. <persName>Fred</persName> & the three quite walking. <persName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#CraikGeorge">Papa</persName> on a pony. I stay at home – & shall go away without seeing <placeName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#SlieveLeague" >Slieve League</placeName> at all. The one chief thing I came for.
